-Material: Panels are constructed from a welded steel frame, two 18 mm thick Particle Boards laminated with 1.2 mm thick cold-rolled sheet on both sides, and filled with 80 kg/m³ Rockwool.

Sealing Mechanisms

Vertical Seals

  • Panels have natural anodized aluminum tongue and groove elements.
  • When closed, the aluminum frame remains invisible.

Horizontal Seals

  • Top and bottom of the panels are fitted with black anodized extruded aluminum channels.
  • These channels house PVC seals with a 35 mm deflection, stabilized by spring-loaded telescopic arms for a unified panel structure.

Suspension System

The suspension system features tracks made from either aluminum or cold-rolled steel, incorporating single or double wheel trolleys. The track is supported by adjustable steel hanger brackets connected to the structural support, ensuring durability and ease of movement.

Additional: APS Sound Barrier System

For enhanced sound insulation, the APS Sound Barrier System can be incorporated. It consists of:

Construction:

    • Two layers of 12 mm thick gypsum board.
    • Both sides plastered.
    • Infilled with 60 kg/m³ Rockwool insulation for optimal soundproofing.
